Leadership Development

The person with the greatest influence over someone at work is their immediate team leader. That person will make or break the corporate ideals, but they too are led, by the next one up the ladder. Effective leadership has to be delivered consistently from the front line through to the Boardroom, and leaders at each level must have confidence that they are adopting the same ethos as those above them.

While one-day leadership sessions are better then nothing (and we can offer these), the optimum is for the whole organisation to adopt a clearly defined holistic style and to ensure that everyone who holds a leadership role is behaving consistently with that.
Contact us to discuss your needs.

While the culture of an organisation is a reflection of the behaviours adopted by the people working within it, leaders shape that culture by tolerating, or not tolerating certain patterns, and by encouraging or appreciating others. Sometimes it is appropriate, or even necessary, to draw a 'line in the sand' to specify the 'ethos' which the leadership team expect, then those standards need to be built in to the performance objectives of the whole senior team and must be communicated throughout the organisation.
Leaders must appreciate that everything they do, every gesture, every joke, every time they turn a blind eye or confront, will convey the strength of their personal commitment to the organisation's culture.
