Interim HR
 
Interim is used either as a stop-gap merely to deal with the daily challenges while the post is vacant, or it is used to deliver specific projects on organisation change.
Given that the Interim appointee is generally more experienced with a broader skill set than the substantive role requires, and given that the interim will cost you more than the operational salary, you can expect results even if your brief begins as a stop-gap.
