We have a wealth of experience of working with Chief Executives, Vice Chancellors, Directors, Heads of Department. The measure of an effective coach is in the results achieved by the person being coached: results they achieve on their own. Choosing the appropriate style for particular circumstances and having the confidence to think beyond the comfort zone, then, when it works ~ do it again.
Coaching for the ‘talent bench’, building the competences of the people on their way up requires a different approach, but is again about style and confidence as much as it is about technique.
Coaching is delivered one-to-one and is based on the context of real work challenges.
